12 MINUTES STRENGTH WORKOUT WITH A BOSU BALL

Hi! People new workout for you guys with a 12 minutes strength workout with a Bosu Ball!

The idea is to focus on isometric strength by using our proprioceptive muscle due to the instability created by the bosu. And it really burns ! 🔥🔥

If you don’t have a Bosu you can find them at the gym or you can also do this workout without the bosu.
