Hi everyone, new workout today for you guys! 13 MINUTES STRENGHTH AND MOBILITY WORKOUT. I hope you will enjoy it. This workout has the purpose to move slowly, stretch our body and avoid articular or muscular injuries. It is really important to practise stretching regularly to recover, and to practise sport in an other way.
