Hi everyone, today i share you a 30 minutes dynamic stretching.

This dynamic stretching session will allow you to stretch while warming up your muscles.
It is often used at the beginning of a session as a preworkout but I also like to do it at the end of my training  to achieve muscle relaxation.
I really like to alternate dynamic stretching with static stretching, which I propose in this session.
